A Healthier Pumpkin Latte Coffee

For those of you who are at least five weeks down the road after #WLS, we’d like to share a great coffee tip from our bariatric Rock Star Heather Reed Chalk:

“To avoid unnecessary calories from those autumn/pumpkin coffee drinks you see everywhere, I buy pumpkin spice coffee and use caramel Premier Protein as my creamer! 

Personally, I use 1/3 of a container of Pure Protein to a 10 oz cup of coffee (that’s my flavor/sweetness preference). 

I also save the leftover coffee in a pitcher in my fridge and blend it with vanilla Premier Protein for a refreshing mid-afternoon treat.
